Husbandry

Platydoris cinereobranchiata Dorgan, Valdés & Gosliner, 2002

Platydoris cinerobranchiata have large red patches on the tan mantle, brownish-green rhinophores and by the uniformly dark bluish-grey gills. The body is very flat.

Very similar are Platydoris formosa (bright red rhinophores and black lines outlining the gills) and Platydoris cruenta (hair-like brown lines on the mantle).

Platydoris cinereobranchiat feeds on sponges.
