Testudovolva nipponensis is a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Ovulidae, the ovulids, cowry allies or false cowries. Shell smooth and glossy. Colour white, fawn or pale purple with outer lip white. Can be found on low tide and below, on soft corals.
Testudovolva nipponensis host and eat Cladiella spp. und Dendronephythya spp.
