Distribution:
Eastern Atlantic: in the Mediterranean from the Balearic Islands to the Adriatic.

Biology:
Inhabits shallow rocky areas.
Probably a deep dweller that migrates to coastal areas in August.
Uncommon species.
Nocturnal, hides in caves during the day.

Low vulnerability.
