Brissus unicolor is a irregulary sea urchin, the armour is elongate and convex.The colour is grey. The hart sea urchin is covered with short soft spines.This hart sea urchin have a furry appearance, live burried in sandy bottom at dephts of 7-30 m,commonly known as Groove Burrowing Urchin and is nocturnal.
