The background colour is a orange scattered with white small dots. The mantle margin is orange.This flatworm can be found on coral rubble and among Halimeda kanaloana beds.Phrikoceros katoi feeds on colonial ascidians.

Very similar are Phrikoceros baibaiye, Phrikoceros diadaleos und Phrikoceros galacticus.
