Info

Liopropoma sp.2

The fish, which grows to about 6 cm in size, comes from the Philippines and currently still has a sp. as it is not exactly identified. It is certainly not easy to catch due to its hidden lifestyle.

The photo was kindly provided by RVS Fischworld. Heart minnows in favour.

In the wild they prefer to live in caves and crevices. In the aquarium they therefore also avoid bright light and strong currents

Keep like other animals of the species, generally not very susceptible to disease, but not really a fish that you can admire openly in the aquarium every day. Scott W. Michael tends to keep such fish in small tanks with a small number of other fish.
